CDs are shipped by Canada Post using the least expensive option possible. Depending on where you live, this means it may take a while (say, 2 weeks to get to Europe). Gotta keep costs down, right? We grindin' over here!

If a jewel case got busted in shipping, we can PayPal you back the cost of a jewel case ($0.50 on avg.) or perhaps offer you a special digital download, depending what we have cooking.
If the audio cd itself is whacked due to manufacturers defect, please contact us for details, we'll take care of it.
